  1. Gender pay gap

    All NHS organisations have reported the gender pay gap within their organisations. This should be included in the model hospital data.
    A non existent or very low gender pay gap shows an organisation is committed to equality and values all staff.
    Measuring the gender pay gap against peers or a national target would keep the gender pay gap as a crucial KPI.
