How do I report an error with my data?

Before reporting an error with your data, please check how we calculate the metric, as it may be different to the method used in your trust.

Each metric is accompanied by an explanation of the methodology we use and information about the data sources. You can access through the ‘I' icon next to each metric.

You may also wish to validate with your local systems or contact colleagues within your trust who submit the data.

We’re not always able to make changes, because sometimes we take data from national collections held by other organisations.
