Update my details?


From time to time your personal circumstances may change and you may wish to update your information on the Model Hospital. This might be because you have changed your name, your job or provider. The Model Hospital self-service functionality allows you to quickly update your details in such circumstances.

How do I do it?

The first thing that you need to do is visit the NHS Improvement Hub which can be found at https://improvement.nhs.uk. You then need to click the My Account button in the top right hand corner. (If this is the first time you are accessing the Improvement Hub you may be asked to log-in, these details are the same as those that you use to access the Model Hospital)

Once you click My Account you will be presented with drop-down menu containing a list of options, please click on the Dashboard option. This will lead you to a screen containing your personal details and the provider who you are currently registered as employed by. You will see two small icons shaped like pencils, one after your name and one after your provider. Each of these can be used to update different parts of your profile.

The pencil icon next to your name can be used if you wish to update:
  • Your first name
  • Your surname
  • Your e-mail address
The pencil icon next to your provider can be used if you wish to update  
  • Your job title
  • Your profession
  • Your seniority
  • Your provider
  • Your e-mail address
Once you have made your changes please click the button labelled Submit for review which will send us a message asking for us to approve your change in details. If you have not received confirmation that this change has been successful within 24 hours please e-mail us at it.support@improvement.nhs.uk and we will investigate this for you.
