Reset my password?

All users have the ability to re-set or update their Model Hospital password by using the NHS Improvement website. The guidance below explains how to change your password in two separate situations.

Updating your password

Where you already know your Model Hospital password but wish to update this you can do this by visiting the NHS Improvement website: https://improvement.nhs.uk. You should click the "My Account" button in the top right hand corner of the screen to bring up a drop-down menu and from this menu select the option labelled "Dashboard".

From your dashboard screen you can update your password using the button labelled "OKTA Update Profile"

Resetting your password

Changing your password through the NHS Improvement website is only possible if you already know your existing password. If you have forgotten your password you will need to reset this. 

To reset your password please visit the Model Hospital website https://model.nhs.uk and click the "Login" button to proceed to the "Sign In" screen. 

From the sign in screen please click the button labelled "Need help signing in?" which will produce a menu of options. From this menu please select "Reset password"

This will present you with a screen from which you can enter your e-mail address and request a password reset be sent to you.
