Reset or change my password
If you want to change your password, or have forgotten it, you can reset or update it yourself. If you have any problems, email it.support@improvement.nhs.uk for help.
Forgotten password
If you've forgotten your password you'll need to reset it:
- Visit https://model.nhs.uk
- Click Log in
- Click Need help signing in?
- From the menu select Reset password
- Enter your email address and you'll be sent a link to reset your password
Update your password
If you already know your password you can change it to a different one:
- Visit the NHS Improvement website: https://improvement.nhs.uk
- Click My Account
- From the menu select Dashboard
- Click OKTA Update Profile
- Click Edit Profile
