Reset or change my password

If you want to change your password, or have forgotten it, you can reset or update it yourself. If you have any problems, email for help.

Forgotten password

If you've forgotten your password you'll need to reset it:

  1. Visit
  2. Click Log in
  3. Click Need help signing in?
  4. From the menu select Reset password
  5. Enter your email address and you'll be sent a link to reset your password

Update your password

If you already know your password you can change it to a different one:

  1. Visit the NHS Improvement website:
  2. Click My Account
  3. From the menu select Dashboard
  4. Click OKTA Update Profile
  5. Click Edit Profile
